Formalities of the reservation

	The moment of your reservation

		We suggest that you choose and reserve your holiday house as soon as possible, because specially the houses with pool are the most desired. At the moment of your inquiry by e-mail, fax or telephone, please give us your arrival date and departure date; the number of persons (how many adults and how many children); if you will bring an animal with you, etc... and also the reference nº./name of the house that you chose in our web or our brochure. And also some other references of our offers, in case that your "Desired-house" is already reserved. In this case, we will try to find a similar one.

	Minimal stay

		In high season, the stay of your holiday must be minimum 7 days, and from Saturday to Saturday. At the low season, you can also rent a house during the week. But if the stay is less than 7 days, you have to pay the cleaning of the house.

	Moving in/Check in

		The holiday house will be ready at about 16:00 p.m. till the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. Domestic animals You have to inform us if you take a domestic animal. The fee for it will be 18€ (only one pay). We accept domestic animals in almost all of the houses (only some owners don’t accept it), and so it’s also explained in the descriptions of the houses. Our Office-hours: From the middle of June till the 15th of September: Monday till Friday: 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:00 Saturday: 9:00-13:00 and 15:00-20:00 Sunday/Bank Holiday: 10:00-12:00 From the 15th of September till the middle of June: Monday till Friday: 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:00 Saturday and Thursday: only from 9:00-13:00 Sundays and bank holidays: closed Maximum number of persons In all the houses, there is a maximum number of persons permitted, which is also fixed in your contract. A child counts also as a person... Payment of the reservation To make sure the reservation, you have to pay the 30 % of the total by a transfer till the date which we indicate in your contract. The payment of balance can be payed up until 4 weeks before your arrival by transfer or on your arrival-day in our agency in cash. Please, bring all the confirmations and vouchers of the payments with you, on your arrival day. We don’t accept credit-cards or cheques ! Annulation terms: If you have to cancel your reservation because of illness, accident or death, please inform us, as soon as possible, by a certified letter. For this case we offer a travel-retreat-insurance (optional), which comes to 4% of the total rental price. Therefore, we need a certified letter from your doctor or an official document, which proves one of the three reasons above mentioned. If you have effected that kind of insurance you get back your deposit minus € 55 cancelling-charges and the amount of the 4% travel-retreat-insurance. If you don´t have this kind of travel-retreat-insurance, you lose the payment. With the travel insurance, we charge you the following fees: Until 77 days before your arrival day, we charge you: 10% of the total rental price. Until 56 days before your arrival day, we charge you: 25% of the total rental price. Until 28 days before your arrival day, we charge you: 75% of the total rental price. Within 27 days before your arrival day, we charge you: 100% of the total rental price. As qualifying date we count the receipt of your annulation in our office. Included costs In the price per week in the season D and C is included the house-cleaning, the electricity and the water, except in the houses with air-condition, where you have to pay the electricity according the consume in each season. Extra costs In the seasons A and B, for houses with central-heating we charge the amount of 30,00 € per week. In the houses without heating we charge during the seasons A and B the electricity according the consumption, as well as in the houses with electrical-heating. You have to pay the final-cleaning if your stay is less than 7 days. In the houses with gas-consume, you must pay minimum 1 bottle (16,-- EURO - according the market price). We charge you for the electricity in the houses with air-conditioner in all seasons, and in houses with no or electrical-heating in season A/B EURO 0,25 p.KwH (according to the market price) Additional costs Deposit: 200 € Bed-linen to rent, per person and change: 14 € Pack of towels, for 2 persons: 9 € Folder bed for adults, per person and week: 31 € Baby/children bed, per week: 16 € Pets: 18 € Handling-charges: 15 € Bottle of Gas: 18 € according the market price Electricity: 0,25 € per kWh Central-Heating/Central-Gasheating: 50 € per week in season A+B Deposit The day of your arrival, you must pay a deposit of 200 €, which you get back when we come to control the house before you leave, except possibly damages you may have caused. And also possibly extra or additional costs. Control of the house Please tell us 2 days before your departure day, what time you would like to leave the house and than we come and do the house control at the arranged time. You get back your deposit, minus the extra costs and possible additional costs. The owner of the house as well as us, would appreciate that you leave the house in the same repair/condition as you moved in... ;-) Personal damage We indicate that the objects are build to spanish local building rights. The landlord is not liable for any damage to property or personal injuries.
