Very nice, well-cared and comfortable semitached house in the complez of PUEBLO AMARRES with 3 shared pools (one of them for children) and garden. The house has his own private garden, with 2 terraces and also 1 parking-place. Groundfloor; entrance, good euqipated kitchen with dish-washer, washingmachine, microwave, ceran-cooker, 1 extra toilet and living-eatingroom. 1. floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 suite. Pets are not allowed. Because of the air-condition, we control the consume of the electricity, and if this one is excesive, it must be payed by the costumer.
